Return Policy:

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item if there are any issues. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days.

ReplaceYourCell gives customers an option to extend warranty over 30 days. For extended warranty please visit www.SquareTrade.com or call them directly at 1.877.WARRANTY. You can extend warranty for your purchase up to 2 years!

If a return is requested, please email us at cs@replaceyourcell.com with your Order #, Full name and email address, explaining in detail why you want to return your item. We only accept items returned if it is RECEIVED defective, and can't be corrected. (Most issues can be resolved by troubleshooting or other minor procedures). If your request is approved you'll receive an Return Authorization Form (RA Form) that is to be sent with your return. Item must be shipped back within 4 days of receipt of RA Form.

All returns must be sent with a fully completed RA Form included - No exceptions. If one is not sent with phone, the phone will be sent back to sender at customer's expense. Also, all phones are fully tested before your return/exchange requests are processed. If your phone is found to be non-defective, the phone will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

We do not issue refunds - we offer exchange only. If a refund is demanded, we will issue a refund for the cost of the phone less a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping fees.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping to seller. Seller will cover the cost of shipping replacement back to buyer.

Return Policy Details: Phone is guaranteed not to be DOA. This does not apply to phones sold "AS IS". You must contact us within 30 days after you receive item in order to qualify for these guarantees.

We will pay our shipping when sending you a replacement item; however you are responsible for paying shipping on sending any returned items back to us---NO EXCEPTIONS!

After 30 days, all sales are final. If an item qualifies for a return, we must receive your original item back (with a completed RA Form) before we will issue a replacement.
