30 Day Quality Assurance

We guarantee you'll be fully satisfied with your order once received. If you're having any issues with your order, please email us with your full name, order number, and a detailed explanation of your issue. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond. We reply to our emails in the order they were received. We require customers to contact us within thirty days from date of purchase in order to qualify for a return. After thirty days, all sales are final. We offer one and two year extended warranties, so we encourage you to purchase a warranty when you checkout. Please email returns@replaceyourcell.com to obtain Return Authorization and we will provide further return instructions at that time.

Return Shipping

Replaceyourcell.com will only cover the shipping of replacement phones going back out to the customer.

Defective Returns

All returns are inspected upon receipt by one of our highly trained returns specialists. Upon inspection, if the condition of the returned phone is found not to be defective as claimed, or the defect/damage is determined to be caused by the customer, your return can be subjected either to a restocking fee or your claim denied and your item sent back to you. Provided the returned phone passes inspection ReplaceYourCell.com will process an exchange or a refund based on customer preference.

Non defective Returns

As stated above, all incoming returns are fully inspected by a return specialist. Non defective items have to be in the original condition purchased and free of defects (cosmetic and otherwise). If the item is not received in sellable condition, we reserve the right to deny a return. There is a 20% percent restocking fee for non defective returns requesting a refund. If an exchange is requested, a reshipping fee may be assessed for the transaction.

Incorrect item Returns
