Most orders are processed daily, however, please allow 1-2 business days for exceptions. All orders placed after 10 AM EST will be shipped out the next business day. Orders with invalid addresses will not be shipped out until the shipping address can be corrected and authenticated by either UPS or the United States Postal Service, depending on the shipping method that was purchased. If you're having any issues with your order, please email us with your full name, order number, and a detailed explanation of your issue. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond. We reply to our emails in the order they were received. We require customers to contact us within thirty days from date of purchase in order to qualify for a return. After thirty days, all sales are final. We offer one and two year extended warranties, so we encourage you to purchase a warranty when you checkout. Please be sure to read the item listing very carefully before placing you order. Please make sure that the carrier of that specific phone is your intended network provider. Some phone require SIM cards and some don’t. Please see our FAQs for an explanation between GSM (SIM card required) and CDMA (non- SIM card required) phones. Please review your shipping and billing information before confirming your order. We will not be able to change it for you once it has been confirmed. We will also not be able to change your shipping address in the event of a mistaken entry. Mistaken entries will be cancelled and the order can then be replaced. We have this strict policy for your protection against fraud.

Our merchandise comes in at different times, and from different vendors at different prices, which is therefore modified on a daily to weekly basis. Just as we cannot charge our customer more after there is a price increase we can also not refund after a price decrease.
